Caulking & weatherstripping, done right the first time
Fresh caulk keeps water out of the gaps around your tub, shower and sink, and it makes a bathroom look clean again. We remove the old caulk completely before applying a new, neat bead.
Bay Area fog and wind find every gap around older doors and windows. New weatherstripping and door sweeps keep drafts and street noise out.

- Don't use the shower for a few hours before we arrive so it's dry
- Buy the caulk or weatherstripping we recommend (or we'll send a list)
- Plan for the new caulk to cure before using the shower, usually about 24 hours
Customers buy parts upfront at store prices with no markup. After seeing your photos we send the exact list, and we can pick it up on the way.
Good to know
If water has already damaged the wall or floor behind the tile, that's a bigger repair. Send photos and we'll let you know.

Confirm your visit
We text you the next open day in your area. A $50 Zelle deposit reserves it, and it counts toward your total.
Parts ready to go
We tell you exactly what to buy. You order it for store pickup or delivery, and we grab it on the way, so your visit time goes to the work.
Pay when it's done
The balance ($139 for 2 hours, $200 for 3) by Zelle or cash, plus any extra time you approved. No surprise charges.

Do you remove the old caulk?
Yes. We remove the old caulk fully and clean the joint before applying new caulk.
How long before I can shower?
Most caulk needs about 24 hours to cure. We'll tell you the exact time for the product used.
Can you fix a drafty door?
Yes. New weatherstripping and a door sweep usually stop drafts. If the door itself sticks or doesn't latch, we can adjust that too.
