Yes. If something we installed or repaired fails because of our workmanship within 30 days, tell us and we'll come back and fix it at no charge. Parts and materials are covered by their maker's warranty. The guarantee doesn't cover misuse, accidents, or changes made by someone else.

No. You're welcome to be there, or you can leave a lockbox or share a door code and we'll let ourselves in. We'll text you when we arrive and when we leave. Home cameras are always welcome.

A background-checked, bonded handyman who wears shoe covers, protects your floors and furniture, and cleans up before leaving.

A flat $189 for 2 hours or $250 for 3 hours, with as many jobs as fit in that time. Each additional hour is $80. Parking, bridge tolls and travel are included, and the price is the same everywhere we work.

The flat price stays the same. Many clients use the remaining time for small extras, like tightening cabinet hinges or changing smoke detector batteries.

We'll let you know before your booked time is up. You can add time at $80 per hour or schedule a second visit.

So we can tell you exactly which parts to get before your visit. None of your visit time is spent at the hardware store.

We work in one part of the Bay each day, so we're never caught in bridge traffic between appointments. We'll offer the soonest day we're in your area.

After reviewing your photos, we send you a list of exactly what to buy. You purchase the parts yourself, either ordered online for store pickup in your name (we'll pick them up on the way) or delivered to your home. That way you only pay store prices, with no markup, and your visit price goes entirely to the work. Small hardware like screws, anchors and caulk is included.

Zelle or cash. We don't accept credit cards. The $50 deposit is sent by Zelle after we confirm your day, and it counts toward your total. The balance ($139 for 2 hours, $200 for 3) is due when the work is done.

Monday to Friday, with two visits a day: 8:30–11:30 AM and 1:00–4:00 PM.

Work that legally requires a licensed specialist, like new electrical circuits, gas lines, or major plumbing or structural changes. We're happy to recommend someone.
